Lake Las Vegas

Lake Las Vegas is a planned resort community about 17 miles east-northeast of the Las Vegas Strip. Situated around the namesake privately-owned 320-acre lake and at the foot of the neighboring mountains, this is a truly a lovely place to visit - or to live!

A Mediterranean theme permeates the accommodations and many of the homes in the Lake Las Vegas area. The resort hotels have been designed with Tuscan and Moroccan themes. While this could come off as merely cheesy, the quality of the project elevates it above the level of "theme hotel".

Lake Las Vegas real estate is available in 19 neighborhoods, including custom home sites, villas, condominiums and courtyard townhomes. Many of the homes have great views of the 10+ miles of shoreline.

Golf has been thoroughly integrated into the plan for the community, while gondolas, rental watercraft, fishing, sailing, and kayaking are all part of life on Lake Las Vegas. A great selection of spots for shopping and dining can be found along the streets of MonteLago Village. The Ritz-Carlton and the Hyatt Regency both have fully equipped spas. And, of course, this is still the Las Vegas area so there are two casinos that are at least a couple of notches above the norm in terms of elegant atmosphere.
