W Hotel Casino Residences
The folks behind the worldwide W hotel chain are bringing the concept of the 'hotel condominium' to the heart of Las Vegas, in the new Harmon Corridor just off the Las Vegas Strip.
The W Residences will bring the level of luxury that the W Hotels are known for to the owners of these state-of-the-art condominiums. The residences will be located at the corner of Harmon Avenue and Koval Lane, part of the $18 billion in development planned for the Harmon Corridor. Units range from a 510 square foot studio to a suite of 1,350 square feet.
The W Residences (and the Harmon Corridor, designed to be a "lifestyle destination) will be enhanced by the addition of the Fred Segal fashion emporium. Fred Segal has been a fashion landmark in Southern California for decades and is sure to be a keystone in the group of shopping, dining and entertainment properties planned for the area.
