Whether you live in Las Vegas or just visiting, you'll eventually need a hotel. Where else are you going to put all those out-of-town relatives once they find out you've moved to Vegas? The casino hotels along "The Strip" are an obvious choice, if a rather expensive one. But there are plenty of other less-expensive options throughout the city, including the older Downtown area.
